I told your wife about your part reg. the NIQ and that of the VIP Room... if you have not posted anything there, we have to be fair with those that DID... post something encouraging you want to share so others can also consider and jopin in... and in turn, be in to support you when we place them under you...i.e. when you are in the list...

We have to be fair U C... thats what the NIQ is meant to serve...it is not a problem when you sign up under her immediately...its normakl to react that way.. and yet, I have you listed as shown...but I cannot list you for a small compromise, and jump queue while others are waiting too ...

This is an update...loooong overdue... my apologies on this and the reason is...

Its BEEN GOING TOO GOOD all the while since!!!

I shall spend the next 2,5 hours (thats how long it needs to check & counter check) the current status of Member Sign ups turned VIPs and those that are signed up individually outside this NIQ List arrangement.

I will explain first how this actually works and what every sign up, FREE or otherwise...i.e. upgrading to a VIP and just what NIQ was meant to be in "helping out" and although it is an initiative by our own undertaking, NOT related nor supported by E4L.Biz, it is an attempt to help each other where one can see it useful...some do but SOME truly have no dependence or felt the urge to be part of it.... this is a Free and Non obligatory undertaking.

I have received this PM with some concern expressed and rightfully so I believe but from this PM, I think it is also timely and right to add the following, in order to help any of you understand the better perspective you need to know

Alright, the NIQ List was created and the initiative was suggested by Rockfish which I fully agree is a good way to implement so all members interested may get to see and feel a "family in Forum participation" and by this involvement, a quicker and supportive manner will come about and hopefully, accomplish in a speedy fashion where all participants can be in it for FREE... given the time and response others see eye to eye to this option!!!

This was only introduced after the VIP Steward Team was already formed, and moving full steam ahead which also means, each individual were at their very best in promoting and securing their own sign ups...all these hyper activity was taking place before the NIQ was thought of...

Now, when the NIQ List was enacted and it showed an alternative option was staring clearly at us as a great potential working success... the question remains... just how many in ROLClub membership sees this as another program or Plan but failed to realize, while comparing this true Business Opportunity...is not in any way in the same category of those HYIPs and get rich quick bogus programs they have all been victims to!! ????

Hence, their slow and suspicious view or opinion towards E4L.Biz .

Fine, its a choice we don't push or force and every man to himself after doing their DD...if at all they DID it...

In the meanwhile, and fortunately, all who had signed up under me, were mainly RC MODs too and it was easy to track their downlines which reflected in my back office.

Two of my VIP Stewards who were earlier VIPs from an earlier time of their own undertaking, had to be excluded as there s no way I can oversee or overview to give a factual lineup of our real time sign up strength and it would be reckless if I had to be answerable to others that did not sign up through our core VIP Team... so, better exclude early before a problem arise which was then done after a few days of careful consideration...it was not a pleasant decision, but one had to look at longterm and potential problems to avoid.

The NIQ List can only work WHEN and FROM the moment someone wants to sign up , post his/her request and it would be noted and placed (patched) to any that is in the correct order on the 1st come 1st serve lineup...while at the same time, I get to observe sign ups taking place elsewhere, not necessarily by or from ROLClub members in this Forum.

This is where it can only be monitored if all were reflected in my back office and this is the best way to see how all of it unfolds...

Therefore, while there was a slow...VERY slow response from members wanting to sign up (usually those who does or DO NEED & DEPEND on this option) for they are weak in recruiting. This is the reason, why this suggestion was proposed and credit goes where it deserve, with Rockfish who was thinking mainly for fellow members...

Unfortunately, most whose names showed up have signed up through their own accord and selected choice, given the tenacity and active promoting by each individual VIP which is and frankly to be honest on this, something NO ONE can have control of... and rightfully so too!!!

So, while one sees one's name gets listed, it is also, NO GUARANTEE that others would be placed or patched against yours esp. when there are not enough listed...

Thanks to the back office, I can see and list those names against the VIPs that have gained downliners from their own initiatives... Thus, nothing went wrong here and neither did any VIP in the NIQ LIst were side tracked or whatever...

After awhile, I decided it was only FAIR not to include but move the VIP out (those that have two or more pending VIPs under them) so others gets their chance too, ....

The other reason for the NIQ List is to achieve as quickly as possible, in becoming a VIP at the expense of two downliners upgrading ...

If they DON'T UPGRADE... that'll be an unfortunate one indeed and there again...NO ONE incl. ME nor even Brad (the Founder) can do a thing about it.

Therefore, it is always left to the individual to do his/her own promoting ...the only HUGE advantage and simple criteria involved with this awesome marketing opportunity is...this is a brick & mortar company dealing with REAL Products that deals with EVERYBODY that has so far...from Queensland to the far Alaskan North... are doing...BUY, BUY...and BUY products that needed no snap and crap talk to do so...!!!

This is a consumers Market we, E4L.Biz VIPs are getting into... and there is really no need to go looking for downliners like most programs are begging their members to do... with E4L.Biz...they will be wanting to sign up under you so they too can pay at WHOLESALE price for all the products that get splashed before them....albeit listening thru their IPod or on radio, or during a commercial clip on prime time television broadcast...day in, day out and week after week... all these will be talking place after the Launch and with that said, E4L.Biz is going public soon after in August this summer.... this is a super privilege news only good to the wise and swift move VIPs took upon themselves during Pre Launch!!!

OK...this is another bit of DD here for those still following and not deciding, still nodding their heads...etc... It's YOUR choice...
