What is Team Building?

Team Building aims to expose person’s character and capacity, and it also promote team’s spirit – we can call “building team’s spirit”.
In general, team building is a synthetic structure including “complex activities”, but it also ensures 2 factors: teamwork and personal mission. Then, it can create effects “hologram spiritual connection”, “individual with individual”, “individual with team” and “team with team”

Team Building is very new in Vietnam. Some people have some mistakes when they think that team building is the same with travel, other ones say that it is necessary skill when preparing for working.
