It all depends on the thickness of the branches. Most likely, it is better to use scissors

If you don't want to suffer and constantly change the scissors, then buy powerful pruners. You can cut branches of any thickness and even leaves. I have been using convenient compact provers for the garden for three years. My bushes always look well-groomed and aesthetic. I even had a case when my neighbors wanted to take a picture with them. Of course, in addition to this, they need to be watered every two days. If you have the opportunity, then buy vitamins for your bushes (you should dilute them in the water you water your bushes).
