Look what followed me home.
Just kidding. This is behind the cash register in the Duluth Trading Company's flagship store in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin. I was in there last week and snapped a shot of it. It was purchased by the CEO of the company. The case was made by Christian Becksvoort.

Damn, that's great. I need to redo the way I store my hand tools, it's a pretty effective setup.

Very beautiful indeed. It is worth buying such a set. Put it somewhere in the room and admire it. It's the little things like this that make a house so cozy. But often, such things are not used for their intended purpose because they are not suitable. I always look at such tools as souvenirs. They may even be fragile. For work, it is better to buy something not so beautiful. Recently, my friend recommended a store where he said I would find the best pliers to buy. I saw their insanely beautiful handmade pliers and the most ordinary ones. As you can imagine, I preferred the latter. To this day, they get the job done.
