Thread: Best White Noise Machines for Tinnitus?

Does anyone have a favorite white noise machine that they use for tinnitus masking?

For tinnitus, is it better to listen to white noise or various nature sounds? I spent some time this morning at the local river and the river flow canceled out the noise in my head.

Not sure what’s best to get good rest by.

Any suggestions?

White noise cars interested me the least until we had a baby in the family. These harsh noises outside the window prevented the baby from getting a good night's sleep, and we suffered greatly from it. Friends with experience advised me to get a "white noise" car. We didn't know what would work for us, so we found a review of such devices on https://bopto.com.au/blogs/news/what...ld-you-get-one. Now our second baby falls asleep to the sound of such a machine. But I noticed that listening to relaxing sounds positively affects my wife and me.
