I`ve just signed up 12 hours ago, got my username, password and login succesfully but it`s a different story now I got this massage on the screen" Sorry that username does not exist in our database." This happened 2 hours after I signed up. Why is that? Do I need to register again?

I also get this message when I after a couple days, back from
some off activity tried to log in.
I see some of you suggest to go through the sign up process again
and that's in my opinion not a fair play when it come to matrix
position.
In my case I was able to log in and out several times and even play
lotto and the other games in there.
In my back office I look at who was my uplines and it confirm I was in
rolclub matrix level 3 with direct upline "valerya"
You can see my username "go4it" in admins updating on 28th here:

Therefore it isn't true that "Sorry that username does not exist in our database." and the only explanation is I physically has been
removed in this after my opinion chaotic sign up process.

I know the importance of being in the upper part in matrix and I
feel the suggestions of take the hole sign up process again is a bit
arrogant.

I hope admin here or other with connection to BM can assist me
to get back my rightful position.

My native language isn't English and I'm more or less self-taught
herein so please bear over with my spell and grammar

I was booted out 2 times and had to sign up again,each time to a lower level.Can't get no lower I'am on the bottom level,but I am lucky to be in.

The link to promote has always worked, although the account were deleted twice (I already signed up since March 30th two times) and therefore I found on March 30th that I could not login. So I was alarmed about the whole problem at that moment, and I am deceived, because my signup was deleted, instead of reput in the matrix.
