My brother order dinars on 01/04/07 Thur at a local Chase Bank in the area. I told him about the investment along time ago and its taken me a year to make a believer out of him. Anyway, When he ordered it cost 886.50 per million and usually you get it the next day. We called on the 01/05/2007Friday and asked them were it was and they said to call back on monday.
Monday,01/8/2007 we called to see and I had conversation with the person I know there about where the dinar was and She said it was more likey in transit with thier respective mail carrier. 01/09/2007 Got a call from her today and she told me the following She said that the order has not been processed yet because the demand for this currency has skyrocketed and that my brother and me should recieve our order by 01/12/2007 . For those of you who use Chase Bank you Know that you usually get the dinars the next day after you pay for them.
Sounds Like the dinar pipeline is drying up.

I agree Paynes1. I ordered a couple more dollars worth on Friday 1/5. Went in Saturday 1/6 and nothing. Went in Monday 1/8 and nothing. Went in today 1/9 and still nothing. WHERE IS MY NID????

The fact she said That the demand for this currency has skyrocketed sent chills down my spine.

OK, now just went to my bank. Ordered a few dinars on Friday, expected them to be here the next business day( monday) like they always have been. Didn't show monday or today so i go in. My banker calls the supplier- i am assuming BOA since that is what my paperwork usually says, and she proceeds to tell me that there is a 1-2 week backlog and to check with her in a week. She says that i will still get my dinars, but that it will take a little longer.......so my questions for you guys are, why would maliki let the cat out of the bag like what SGS said if they can still take dinars out of circulation. It costs them nothing to do it right now, but when it revals, who know..... your comments are appreciated....

Maybe because CBI has reached target to pull out dinars as much as they can.

Maybe because from the 15th 2 million families will be helped by a social gift that can be picked up in the postal office that would only be a few bucks to live on for a very short time with the high prices.

Maybe because the USA set a deadline for passing and enacting a deadline of the Hydrocarbon Law that is pushed to enact this week.

Maybe it's better to leave it like this and set a strong currency before opening the doors to the World then pulling out those last dinars that are circulating.

Well, reasons enough to set the real exchange rate this week!

Hmm. I picked up my order today and they didn't say anything to me. There probably aren't so many people in Dartmouth, NS buying dinar. I ordered on Friday afternoon and they came in yesterday afternoon. All 25,000 notes and slightly used.

I just wanted you to know that I bought from Chase in Orion Twp., MI on 1.2.07 as was told they would be in in 48 hours. I picked them up on 1.4.07.

hummm....I ordered dinar from Chase bank in Wisconsin on Thursday 1-4-07. They were familiar with it and said it should be on on Tuesday 1-9-07. I called today and they said that it is taking about a week for orders to be delivered and it should be in on 1-11-07. I asked "What if the price goes up by then? Will I still get my order at the price I paid when I ordered?" She said "yes, all orders will be honored if they were in before the price change." Will see if I get my last order of dinar before this hits HIGHER numbers. (LOL) :)

UPDATE:

Went by today and still nothing. The teller says "that's wierd. it's never taken this long. I'm gonna have to call them and see what's going on. Do you want me to call them right now?" Of course I said sure thing missy.

She calls and says she has a customer that ordered foreign currency on Friday and still has not received it. She stays on the phone for about a full minute. When she hangs up, she tells me that it will be here by Friday or Monday. She said they said they are running a week or so behind due to a high demand on this currency. We shall see what happens on Friday or Monday.

My friend called to let me know that one of his mates went to order from the Bank of Nova Scotia this morning and was told there is a 2 week wait. This would be a branch in or near Acton, ON.

I really don't care how long I have to wait AS LONG AS I GET MY DINAR - AT THE PURCHASE RATE WHEN I ORDERED!! As long as they DON'T cancel my order.

That would be so cool to pick up my extra 250,000 dinar...revaluated at 1:1 and deposit $250,000.00 into my bank account! What a trip that would be/will be!
