I have came across a similar site long before but they bundled out and cheated those who have been paid $5 for opening an account but was later found out that it was not the real money but this money can be used only on that payment processor and it became worthless later and i wonder this is not like that.

First if you are USA member you can get $25 at Revolution Money Exchange for opening an account. There will be an account verification just like Paypal.

Also, no you don't have to use the $25 just through Revolution... you can send it on home.
I sent two withdrawals home this week and had them within 2 to 3 business days. :)
