Hi, Adrian I've just joined ' Join4aDollar' via your link. My user name is join403.
It's a long story - I have an Alertpay account with zero funds and no way to fund it. I have a Paypal account with less than $10 dollars which I would like to use to pay for somebody else. I cannot join Pay-it-Global because I have no credit card facility. Can I move funds from Paypal to Alertpay? P.S. Can you upgrade me, please.
