What type of surveys are these? I mean are they suitible for a sixteen year old? Also are there any really personal questions?

To be frank with you not all the survey sites pay you, as i feel that many have scammed numerous persons. There were also instances where they pay very less too. I can surely say that there is hardly a few survey sites which pay its users and really small payments though.

Have got paid from this survey. I have take same like this survey before. But they did not pay me.

I know someone who has done these, and have recieved vouchrs for various stores. However I am still to come across anyone who as actually made some real cash from them.

It's probably another scam. The offers are too good to be true.
I mean, just look at this :
