This was in answer to a question on whether the restructured program will go private.

Bryan may not publicly comment on suggestions made, but he does take note of them. For those who were here at the changeover from GW to PIPS there was a very long thread which contained suggestions and comments from members, this helped to structure the PIPS format.

The restructuring does take into consideration the points on private operations, greed, envy and sabatuers. One of the core reasons PIPS did not go private is that there are so many little guys out there that need help and restricting the numbers preclude many of those people.

Having said that the restructuring will offer two opportunities.

1. For the little guy, this will have an upper limit to the amount that can be loaned, gets rid of the greed merchants for this program.

2. A private invitation only program that will be for the higher end accredited net worth guys.

The forums etc. will also be totally private, members only will be allowed to read or post in the forums.

Please do not ask questions on how the restructuring and programs work, because I will not release any of that information at the moment.

I'm not sure if you are prepared to answer this question but here goes.

The restructuring you mention, the current members who have withdrawals still pending will these funds or a part of them or whatever the case may be be used to enter the new restructured program without having to start from scratch again.

For those who ask why the program doesn't go private: The outline given by Bryan speaks to that. The little guy like me, who are either too old or too dense to understand the ramifications of higher finance, will have a chance to better their lot without having to try to learn a lot of stuff that they don't understand. We can leave it to the experts and still come out a little ahead. I appreciate a 2 tier plan as outlined by Bryan. Thanks boss!

I'll paste here only a tiny part of it as it was personal.

When PIPS resurrects you might consider to hire one or more of the following type of persons:

1. a spiritual healer who neutralizes negative energies in the offices and surrounding your person - make no mistake, even if you don't believe in such things, they are definitely there and make a hell on earth, can drag you down, cause anger and trouble and make everything worse as it already is etc.

2. a person who installs the latest surveillance technology in the offices, bistros, shops etc - cameras and keyloggers installed on computers to track what each staff is doing. All major banks do that. I worked in a small brokerage company, even they have installed that. Each staff has to sign a document that he acknowledges that he is being controlled and in case of doing fraud, trouble etc. immediately fired. Faith is good but control is better! Learn from what has happened!

Those suggestions are not unethical or anything, in nowadays world it is needed to protect oneself, esp. if you setup and lead such an altruistic vision (PIPS). You have to keep in mind that there will always be someone/something who will try to knock you down and to destroy your work!
