Just to stop the speculation, sorry for not posting before, just wanted to see how far the BS goes.

THERE WAS NO COURT CASE YESTERDAY!

We were hoping to have something up by the end of the month, but the programming is taking a little longer than expected so look forward to sometime in December.

How I envy you and your practices! If you come back and all is well, I for one will be a happy camper. If it doesn't for reasons within or beyond your control, as I've said before you've give me hope through a time when I didn't have much!! That was worth TONS!!!!! You've had me around since June of 04 and I was silent for many months and then only shared the opportunity with the closest of friends. I'm fully aware of the folks who want you to fail and their reasons, but I envy the Heart that you have within.

It was supposedly GN who said the court case would be on Nov 17.. But as we all know GN has said so many strange things.............
