Based on Wacky's admonition of those that continue to "beat a dead horse" I have deleted a few posts. If you were the author of one of these posts and have an issue with it feel free to PM me and we'll discuss it.

Bryan has stated on more than one occasion that he has given all the answers he can and that there will be a comprehensive statement at the end of the investigation. Continually asking questions that Bryan has already indicated that he can not answer IS disrespectful and/or fool-hardy. This is not a courtroom and you are not here to "cross-examine" anyone. Drop the Pips questions until such a time that Bryan is allowed to fill us in on what happened.

While you are correct, Style, that this is the "Bryan Marsden" forum and therefore open to any question suitable for Bryan, it does not give anyone the right to badger him. See the paragraph before this one...Ask yourself if any question you're about to ask falls into the "currently unanswerable" category; if it does, don't ask it (feel free to re-read his "An Answer to Questions" thread). This applies to all, not just you.

Let's get back to civil and respectful behaviours. Thank you.

BN released info regarding investigation's progress at consulates requests, if these info would be confidential the bank wouldn't release them. Why can't Bryan keeps us informed with these kind of info so members don't need to subject to a
3-rd party help?

I really wanted to believe that Bryan learned a lesson after the drastic consequences of his poor communication, but what happened in last months (his disappearance without saying a word) shows that he is not changed.

Exactly what information was released to the consulates that may have been confidential and not previously known? These very small releases of relatively useless information have done nothing to answer any questions that people have. There's not been anything "confidential" released. "Pips, Inc's business practices are being investigated." OMG, this is huge! Give me a break. We already knew this. "The results of the investigation will be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office." OMG Again! NOT! This is standard operating procedure in Malaysia; good, bad, or indifferent.

Why don't we all stop arguing semantics and wait for the "final word"?

I feel that Bryan has worked this hard on the Lotto site and when the time is

right he will work even harder on the new PiPs site.....I thank you Bryan for

hanging in there and staying with us. You are a man of you word...Not many

I havent asked ONE single question in this thread have I? BUT others have and I feel they have the right to do so (as long as it is done in a respectable manner). IN MY OPINION...the day that you guys pay these people back the money they have in PIPS, should be the day that you are allowed to tell them they cant ask Bryan questions about PIPS, not before. If you dont want questions asked about PIPS then I suggest someone go back and change the TOS. Now...I, personally dont have any questions to ask Bryan at this time, but if I had any, I most definitely would ask them right here and right up until the point where the TOS is changed to say that PIPS questions can not be asked in this forum. If that does happen I would leave the forum completely because at that point I would have no reason to be here. Rules are rules, if one has to abide by them, I think ALL should and that includes the MOD's and supporters. So unless someone is breaking one of the rules listed in the TOS there is no reason to delete their posts, ban them, or attack them. I agree with the posts that are attacking being deleted, but if you think for one second that you are going to keep people from asking about PIPS you better think again, AND get about 70 more mod's to monitor the forum and delete the posts. BUT to warn people and possibly ban them for asking questions about PIPS is ridiculous, because it is NOT breaking any rules. After all PIPS is why 99.9% of us are here ..........including you, so lets not forget that!

The right to voice one's opinion doesn't come with the right to be disrespect full. Abuses in the name of free speech are becoming a too frequent an excuse for arrogant posts and unless you people keep your limits; moderators are going to be encouraged to force those limits on you.


We are all for respect first, arrogance will not be tolerated.

Whoever wants respect for his/her opinion would better learn that there are responsible ways of expressing oneself.


Bryan has already unpdated us on the pips situation before, has mentioned that lotto is the only venture he can work on and any comment about pips' return is either a sign of stupidity, short memory or disrespect.

Now he's updating us on Lotto, if you're not interested in lotto no one is asking you to be grateful but we are all expected to be respectful; so stop acting like fools. You all know the rules so stop whining!

We do not need create tension in back and forth discussion about something that is not in our control at moment. Topic at moment is HA Lotto and that is subject of discussion now. When Bryan is ready and gets information about Pips, I am sure we will have chance to talk about that subject in time.

I know you are neutral about either subject, but also you need to understand Mods position that they do the best they can to keep forum in proper order.

These latest posts/warnings are not meant to provoke but to clearly state some posting criteria. There's no need to get up in arms. If you are displeased with something, feel free to PM any one of us or you can MSN me since we've chatted before. We, as mods, are not trying to impinge anyone's opinion, but rudeness will not be tolerated, no matter the form it takes.

I just feel that everyone that has money in PIPS should have a right to speak their minds.......(regardless of what questions they ask) as long as it is done in a reasonable manner. Thats all I am saying.....IF we are not allowed to discuss PIPS here, then this thread needs to be moved to the HA Lotto section of this forum, OR the TOS needs to be changed. It sure looks to me as though "wacky" is changing the rules as we go here by saying "This is our last warning". Warning for what? Asking questions that HE doesnt feel are right? I am sorry but that isnt the way it works. He is a mod, not the admin. The mod's job is to enforce the TOS, NOT rewrite it as he goes.
I honestly dont care either way about the lotto and I have let PIPS go. I still hope it returns, but I have already written it off and my life is much more pleasant since I did this, BUT having said this, it is HIGH time for an update from Bryan about PIPS.
12DP went through a pretty serious legal issue just recently and the admin (Chariss Johnson) gave DAILY updates on the situation right up until it went away, whether she had new info or not. All we are asking for is a brief update on PIPS and it IS time we got one. What better place to ask the questions then the thread where Bryan is posting? There is none.
This is just my take on the matter.
Understand a LOT of people on here ONLY CARE ABOUT PIPS, so naturally they are going to ask questions about it, and rightfully so.
We cant have a mod changing the rules as we go because they dont want to upset Bryan. What about the THOUSANDS of members that have been upset BY Bryan? Ever think about that?
As far as the back and forth arguments, they wouldnt happen if so many people werent trying to muzzle those only interested in PIPS. Thats the point I started out trying to make.

I am going back in my hole. It is much more peaceful there. Somebody contact me if/when PIPS is back!
