He has been telling us there is no news until he is probably blue in the face but some people just do not seem to be able to understand that we will all be told when there is something to tell.
What part of that is so hard to understand.
No wonder he does not want to come here any more.
Like I said, respect has to be earned, not bullied out of people,

Even if anyone DID get to speak to the Director of BN do you really think he would be told anything that had not already been released in an official statement?
Don't forget that there has also always been a Malaysian Director of Pips Alan Lam, who was responsible for negotiations with Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara), Credit Guarantee Corporation, Goverment Development Banks, the Malaysia Economic Planning Unit, under the Prime Minister's Department, the Ministry of Finance in Malaysia and Commercial Banks, including offshore banks.
Don't you think he would have issued a press release if it was indeed over, as well as the Bank Negara?
Bryan has already said that he will let us know when there is some news. Until then we have to wait patiently.
The only other course is to continue to massage some of these big egos by promoting their preposterous fabrications.
This is a serious matter and the last person to trivialise it with off the record comments to some non-entity walking in off the street would be the Bank Director himself.
There are formalities that govern the way these procedures are undertaken and I beg to suggest that the BN are extremely professional in the way they conduct themselves.
They will publish the results of the investigation when it is over and not before.
No viable option to waiting it out I am afraid however frustrating that may be to all of us,

Very well put Michael! Patience is required We all Have taken a beating waiting for news , but the news is not there to hear so why fabricate , speculate, and listen to false RUMORS. NO ONE EXCEPT the investigators and Bryan can resolve this problem. Lawsuites will not do anything, because as far as we all know the case against Bryan/PIPS is not over. so Have we Lost our MONIES?, Or are they Just on hold by some Authorties? Does Bryan Have them hidden under a Rock some place? WHO KNOWS, and why speculate. We need Solid PROOF! and we NEED Patience to wait, and find that PROOF. TIME, and BRYAN will tell . As MICHAEL SAID:
"They will publish the results of the investigation when it is over and not before.
No viable option to waiting it out I am afraid however frustrating that may be to all of us," BOB

Thank you Michael and Bob, I think that you both have expressed how many of us feel. And you are right, all we can do is wait. I don't know how many of you/us, have had a sli- and gall suit, and auto accident, etc... and how logn have we had to wait for all the legalities to be finalized. I for one know that it took me 5 years in a slip and fall suit in a market.
I am sure many of us are in dire straights, and need money for important things, but does ranting and raving get it for us, NO. Those who are geting themselves all hot under the collar all the time anre just making themselves ill. Although it may not affect them at the moment, if they keep it up al that anger will, in time, take it effect.
So, please, let us all respect ourselves and each other and get on with out lives and pray together that ALL WILL COME OUT FOR THE BEST, AND IN GOD;S TIME.
HAPPY EASTER AND BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL.

Call it whining if you want to but it's not an unreasonable request for those who are (or were) in PIPS to want to know what happened to their money that they invested. I know myself that I could definitely use the money I was expecting at this time when PIPS was taken out and 8 months is an unreasonably long time to expect ANYONE to wait for what should be given anyway, an ANSWER. So if someone is asking questions, they have every invested right to ask and to be told the truth!!! If your local banker replied with the answers were getting here, you'd pull them across the table and refresh their memory real quick. I for one am certainly not investing another dime in any of Bryan's investments until I get at least my original investment plus interest out of PIPS. Call it 'negativity or whining' or whatever, but it's not unreasonable to keep asking questions that have gone unanswered for the past 8 months!!

Halotto is a good cause with good income earnings, try it... its a good option for now and it probably will work well if you work at it for a year. It for sure will not fall into your lap it will take good effort.

Wally I agree with you.
Story with BN is very strange. Brayn insist he don't know when they will finish invetsigation, most of you say don't even ask them, don't call them because tehy will be angry and upset. I am wondering is in Malaysia democracry or any regime ? Because only under regime goverment I can't understand don't do anything because you dan do nothing.
If Malysia is free democratic country, is BN out of goverment control ?
I think long time ago we as members should hire some lawyer in Malysia and his only task should be communiaction with BN and informing us what is going on. And I am sure he could tell us much more thyan Bryan. Brayn is telling us nothing in fact. I don't understand why Bryan is afraid to ask BN hard questions ? If everything is ok, so there is no reason not to fight for investors money. For money thousands invested.
So the only explantion is, Malaysia is under some political regime and they do as they want or isn't but BN is out of goverment control ? But how it is possible ?
In Europena union like in my country police, courts, othetr goverment agencies must meet some defined timeframe and reveal status of the case and more must within defined timeframe finish investigation or there is no charge at all. In Malysia is nothing like that ? No I don't believe. There must be some legal regulation which say ok in case of investigation authorities can hold all assets for one year, for half year etc. Otherwise if they will insist until investigation will last, it can mean forever because investigation can never be completed.
So I believe good lawyer in Malaysia was a very good idea, it seems be the only way we can get any answers, any explanations.
Bryan many times say he can do nothing, don't know anything. So in fact he confirmed it is beyond his control. Ok but there is a law and you know if you have good lawyer he will know how talk to goverment agency which refused say anything when you personally asked.Last edited by adron; 17-04-2006 at 04:56 AM.

Adron,
I fully agree with you. It is about the time for us, members to do something re:BN. We should ask our Malaysian members to contact BN for update info on the ongoing investigation. We have all the right to do so.

They tell the owner of the program nothing but they probably will tell "the malaysian members". All 20000 of them.
