Hello Everyone!!!!!!!!!

I tried several well-known ways to send money from England to my friend in Ukraine. But I could not do it.
I can't send via WesternUnion. I can only receive. Also I can send via paypal. But paypal is not verified in his country. So he can't accept.

What about the service send money to Ukraine?
I have not tried this method yet. What can you say?
Or advise other options.
