Thread: Need a home loan!!

Hello everybody, I will be going for a home loan in the next month. I have been going through the necessary documents required to take the home loan and have got all of them in place. Let me know more suggestions on the necessary requirements that I need to make it for my home loan.

All I know is you just have to have a stable job and own a business for at least 2 years. Credit history is considered as important factor to lenders for this will verify whether you qualify for the terms. This are only the basic things that I know.

I think the usual requirements for home loan is just having stable job, you own a business, steady income, credit history and cash on hand… Prequalification only means they think they will give you a loan if when you are thoroughly checked out everything is good.
