You've shared the SkyGuard360 opportunity with someone and they've become a member. When they begin to share the opportunity, the first and third individuals they refer that become members pass up to you and are placed on your first level of the 4-tier matrix. You will earn the commission on those sales as well, both up front and on an ongoing basis. Once your new member has passed up his first, kept his second, and passed up his third members, he keeps all subsequent members as personal referrals and grows his business from there.

The long-term income plan
Your second and fourth member, and every member thereafter that you personally refer, are automatically placed on your first tier. When a member on your first level refers his or her second member, that member is placed in his/her first tier, your second tier. When that new member refers someone, that new member is placed in his/her first tier, your third tier. You and your members will be paid commissions through four tiers of unlimited width.
