E-POINTS considered Online Gaming Chips????????
Wow Owen
Since the SwissCash leadership have now admitted that swisscash is really not considered a Legitimate Financial Investment Institution from Switzerland , but in actual fact an Online Gaming Casino from Malaysia that uses a Ponzi Scheme to attract and convert gamblers, could we now consider the E-POINTS to be Online VIRTUAL Gaming chips ?????????

HongKong Securities and Futures Comission
Headline News
HongKong securities and Futures Commission
They have just updated their Scam Warnings list on the Investor Alert List with regard to swisscash.biz . The WARNINGS LIST now also includes the websites swisscash.net and swissmutualfund.biz to be included in their SCAM WEBSITE list.
Alert List - Swisscash
This WARNING announcement is the result of Promoters and Unlicensed Financial Consultants and Advisors spamming HongKong and other Chinese citizens about investing in a fraudulant investment program called Swisscash. Here is a copy of an official document on the reasons this company has been out on the Scam Alert List.
HongKong securities and Futures Commission
8th Floor, Chater House, 8 Connaught Road, Central HongKong
Re: Swisscash
The Securities and futures commission (SFC) is the statutory body responsible for supervising the trading of Securities , Futures and leveraged foreign exchange contracts in Hong Kong. Companies or persons that are engaged or giving advise to the investing public on the above mentioned activities are required to be Licensed or Registered with the (SFC) . Investors can check the licensing status of a corporation or a person with the Public Register Of Licensed Persons And Registered Institutions on our corporate website.
According to our Registry Records, Swisscash and Swiss Mutual Fund are not registered with the SFC in any capacity. In fact Swisscash and Swiss Mutual Fund are already on our Alert List on the SFC's investor educational portal, the InvestEd website (InvestEd - SFC Investor Education Portal) to warn the public. It is a list of suspected boiler rooms, scam websites, phishing tricks and unlicensed overseas entities that have come to our attention.
Some of the companies on the Alert List operate from overseas and cold call potential investors in Hong Kong whilst not having been licensed in Hong kong. Others may represent themselves as having operations in Hong Kong by using the address of a mail forwarding facility or settle their transactions through a Bank in Hong Kong , when in fact they do not have any operations in Hong Kong. However , if the company does not have ant physical operations in Hong Kong, we are unable to excercise jurisdiction over it. Therefore , we hope by naming these companies on the Alert List , investors will exercise caution when they are contacted by sales representatives of these companies. According to information available to us , Swisscash or Swiss Mutual fund does not have any physical operations in Hong Kong.
Sincerely ,
HK Securities & Futures Commissions
Interesting how the spin by this company's Promoters was that the SFC only had swisscash.biz on the website Alert List and it was owned by the Big Bad Wolf Hackers and they were the ones being targeted by the HongKong SFC.
Well , there is no doubt now as to who is the target of unlawful activities within Hongkong and China. Take this warning seriously people. This company operates illegally.
Cheers,

There's also alot more. The Official Swisscash website for the Chinese Gateway Banking system was also shut down. Amir Hassan , Dreamkaya Legend , had to travel to Hong Kong this past week and close down shop and no doubt that HSBC Bank account there , along with the beloved website Investors Exchange - Offline .
Also fast disappearing are the many Photos of the imfamous Admin and Director of Marketing Mr BB Ng. He has Pimped this program for the company for a couple of months now until the Peoples Republic of China got wind of this scam and moved in. Considering china's policy of handing down the Death Penalty for MLM Scammers , we can understand his hasty retreat.
Stay tuned, There's More to Follow.
