I notice Phoenix surf has slowed down considerably in its payouts. And they are VERY TOUCHY about people reporting slow payment to their forums, they even have a rule AGAINST anyone reporting such problems. It is Rule 11, that states - Do not post that you are waiting to be paid.

I would think the sign of a good programme is to allow their customers to report accordingly.

I can no longer keep putting into Phoenix without getting my returns back - I cannot even purchase new units from what is waiting in no mans land. In my books caution is advised at the moment with Phoenix Surf.
