    Default Phoenix Surf - It's one excuse after another

    First they pay out slowly due to ddos attacks - Thats a classic excuse.

    Then they can't catch up.

    They then fall behind and put SOME not all of what is waiting back into the system so that when it cycles they will have caught up.

    They only put ONE of my three back into the system.

    And now they have stopped the system completely for

    It's All a big con to pay extra fees - read the deal for this card - it sucks - I don't want a card, I just want it back into MY EGOLD where I CONTROL - It is MY money not theirs, and they have no business to change the goal posts mid contract - any new contract CAN be a new deal which I can choose to take or leave. I just what them to keep their end of the deal - since I have done mine.

    The whole thing is oooosing with one excuse after another.

    I deposited via egold, the deposit was never credited, and their support never helped.

    Pathetic.

    I'm peeved at Phoenix also. "Trouble with Egold"? What trouble? Sounds like another excuse to hold our money. I DON"T feel like buying another debit card! I did that with Stormpay! I want my Egold back. Phoenix has yet to reply to my support ticket about this.

    I was in PS also, I'm taking a "wait & see attitude". As I understood the program, we were with some very good people. I'm willing to give them a chance to make things right. You might say I'm a "believer" in the goodness of people, even used car salesman...LOL JoJo

    The Phoenix Surf Forum moderator (Brendon) hasn't got a clue on how to keep peace among the ranks.

    His latest offering

    shows an arrogance and total disrespect to the Phoenix Surf customers that is beyond belief.

    It says at the top of the Forum Page "Phoenix Surf Forums," Now someone should remind Brendon (bless his little cotton socks) what forum means. One dictionary says it means "A public meeting place for open discussion."

    He has been having a merry time deleting peoples genuine concerns. And now I notice people are just going in there and putting up messages like - "Delete This"
