I still have faith that PIPS will return in one way or another.

definition of wrongdoing
my definition of wrongdoing is waiting 16 months for a withdrawal that never came thru as attested and proved by so many pips members long before the seizure of the servers by bn.

Privacy Act Facts
Interesting,
Not that I disagree, but like everything, all in good time. Once BN makes it official, I will be the first to post it where it belongs.
Good luck to all, Mike

This will take place in due time and old BM and his wife will be enjoying a long vacation in a penal institution. I have had no doubts about this since I attended the Hawaii convention and was totally disgusted by the way they carried BM and his wife in like they were Caesar and Cleopatra. It is just a matter of time now.

I posted a question to BNM officer when I was called up for questioning if PIPS would ever come back within Malaysian jurisdiction, and the officer that interviewed me said, they (referring to pips & companies) are trying to come back in other ways which we are aware of and are trying to prevent from happening within our jurisdiction, but as long as pips is still in the ongoing investigation, there is no way pips will be allow to operate in Malaysia. Then I asked how long will the investigation take place and was told there is no time frame for this and they think pips is a scam and was operating illegally within the Money laudering act. I think the big mistake is the operation in Malaysia itself, the lack of Bryan knowledge of the complexity of Malaysian Law... To my personal opinion (I may be wrong) pips is hopelessly gone from Malaysian shore and being an investor with pips, I, like most of us here would like to think of positive return of pips. This is going to be a very long wait, plus NO words from Bryan M himself is really unthinkable...

regardless of bnm's decision, pips will not make a comeback. this would become one possible excuse of how returns stopped being generated, etc etc so while being optimistic is good, a reality check is needed

It has long been analysed as a forgone conclusion when BN did what was only necessary and inevitable... and since then, "Bryan was clutching straw" to have it mildly put, is giving BM the respect he deserves although it was ebbing away at every passing day....
It is NOT unthinkable if you scrutinise the circumstances and resulting facts leading to his position being marginalised and sent to a corner...whereby, little or no further need is needed to hear whatever there is to hear about...
It is a real hard & tough way of business dealt by BN and they will have the last say once the investigation is over and I daresay to many if not most (less the diehards and disillusioned blind donkeys still trodding downhill...), the vision may well live and the sceptre raised again by someone else at another timeframe and sector of this globe...but BM it will no longer be...that too is now an unwritten & foregone conclusion all over the internet!!!
Yes, Mike...I will let you have that privvy to post and announce the statement as true as it gets...once the confirmation is released after the BN investigations are over!
YB. - cheers to the RC CARE Group...
