Wells Fargo International Personal Banking Checking Account. You can download these forms, for 100% free, right here:
Download Wells Fargo IPB Checking Account Form
This "package" of forms is 21 pages long, and requires that you provide a photocopy of your passport, a bank reference letter, as well as a photocopy of another piece of photo identification.
As well, on the packaged form itself, it clearly states that you CANNOT use this account with PayPal, or any other similar services, including auction sites such as eBay. This is where TrueBank has LIED to you - they state that you CAN use this account for those purposes, but that si a lie.
Another point, is that Wells Fargo only allows opens these type of accounts under these two situations:
* You are a foreign national living in the US, or preparing to move to the US, to work, study or live, or
* You are a US citizen living abroad, or preparing to move abroad, to work, study or live
I'm assuming that, after a while, they'll want to verify that you have infact moved to the United States, are a US Citizen, or a foreign national. This is another thing that TrueBank/NewUSBank will not tell you.
There you go, I just saved you $55. If you do want to go ahead and apply for a Wells Fargo IPB Checking Account, download the form from the link below, and mail it to mailing address also located in the PDF package.
Hope that helps everyone out!

Hi
This is a Great site ( www.dollarat.com ) that teaches you for FREE how to to have your own USA bank account , even if you are living out side USA .
It helps Non- US Residents to own bank account in USA and manage it online from their home country ..
Some people spent years.... that's right, YEARS trying to find out how to open a US Bank account fast and without all the problems. I personally spend over eight months
until I could figure it out.... so, this is not a good way either.
You can also spend weeks and months researching in the internet. Looking site after site, asking bank after bank , making phone calls and sending emails .
Banks will give you answer like this:
"You need a Social Security Number."
"You need a US Address."
"You need notarized documents."
"You need to come to US to sign some papers."

Yes, there is a way to open U.S. Bank account for non-US person within 1-2 weeks. Personal Banking in the United States for Non Residents is no longer an option, with the possible exception of flying here and meeting with an "understanding" Banker. Corporate Banking is just as difficult, unless you turn to professionals.
The Bank account opening is guaranteed! The accounts come together with online banking and VISA cards (optional). Ideal for Non US persons who operate internet businesses or want to expand into the United States. The account is easy to use with services like PayPalŠ and 2checkoutŠ.
Fast and easy!
