It's not possible. The USA Patriot Act has put a complete stop to it. If any company is offering US bank accounts to non residents, they are either scammers or they are misinformed and you will likely lose the account once the paranoid FBI/CIA decide to close it down.

We have a totally anonymous ATM card that comes with a US bank account and reouting number for ACH's and such -- while it is not a complete bank account with wiring ability it can receive direct deposits.
