Hi everyone, I'm thinking about investing in foreign real estate market but I don't know much about foreign mortgages. Is there anyone who can clarify the situation with foreign mortgage tips? I found some articles, they helped a lot but actually I'd like to hear your opinions too.

I bought a flat long time ago but in our country currently so bad situation everywhere that it falls like 2 times it's market value then when I bought it initially. I only hope it will get better over time or will need to suck it up and sell it for what it takes unfortunately. It's safe investment, but risks always there too, see my case for example.
