I have been a member of this "quiet" program for almost a year since it started and have been paid many times.

Right now they are paying slowly but they have always kept their promise.. it is sustainable and about 20-30%/month...

actually 14 payments of 15% each (which includes principal) and a 5% admin fee off the spend at the top.

I will gladly recommend it to all.
