This one is "Done".
Tricky bastards, They kept low earnings % in plans for about couple of months to get long time paying status on monitors. After that, changed plans to some 150% a day, or so and blasted the advertisement campaign.
Overall, for new people program appeared, as if it is paying per offered plans (which, in reality were just put up) for a long time and they would jump on it.
What a trap.
Watch out for those.
