Hello everyone, this is Michelle Stratton, PR manager of Transparence & Reliability LLC, an investment company situated in the British Virgin Islands. Many people get discouraged, especially when they have invested a large sum, and they are not in profit yet. Many people just give up and say "No, I cannot deal with that, it is pointless." Scams are a dime a dozen today, and as we all know, the only real way to gain the trust and respect of our investors, is to be able to invest their money wisely, in a responsible and sensible manner, and bring back to them the profit we have promised. That is reliability. Stability.
Transparence is usually achieved by great customer support service. We have been observing the rise and downfall of many investment "stars", and we have noted all over again the same huge mistake with all of them - site starts work, support is great, answers quickly, fixes issues in a proper manner; site grows, so does its member base, support slows down, sometimes it takes 4-5 days for them to answer your questions. Instead of hiring more personnel to deal with the increased amount of issues to fix, they try to keep up with the current staff.
