Unsecured? E-gold is very secured.
Unprofessional only for frauders, because blocked their accounts and this is good. I think, that LR will be make this soon too. If your program is serious and on first look is, with e-gold will be not problems.

I mean by writing "unsecured and unprofessional", that is not normal business practice to block business account without any reason and then over phone conversation with one of support manager, offer "to find someone, who can transfer money away from account".

So we will not using such services in any way, to prevent any future lose happened by account block.
