HiFiProfit.com is an international group of traders. We are not a company, we are just a group of private traders working and trading together over the Internet. We trade for many years for ourselves, why not offer this service to you. We have an excellent track record, and some of us have a long trading history going back to the 80s. Some of us are young and energetic traders with a shorter, but excellent trading record. All of us have enough experience to make this work. We try to advert any loses, mostly by diversification and setting up of certain security brackets. We do not offer any nonsense returns like some other websites do, but our rates are realistic and doable, so you can make a nice steady income, as we do for many years.

Here is a description of what we do:
Futures markets are some of the most popular day trading markets. Futures markets are available based upon many different underlying, such as stock indexes, currencies, and commodities. They offer a wide variety of markets, that can be traded at very low cost, (i.e. low commission), and do not have any day trading restrictions like stocks. Futures markets are traded at futures exchanges like the DTB (Deutsche Boerse) in Europe, and Globex (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) in the US. Futures markets trade futures contracts, which specify that the underlying index, currency, or commodity will be bought or sold for a specific price on a specific date in the future (known as the expiration date). Day traders trade futures contracts to make a profit on the difference between the buying price and the selling price, rather than to ever actually own the underlying commodity. Even so, day traders need to know when the current futures contract will expire, so that they can make sure that they do not have any open positions at that time.

Many day traders, who trade futures, also trade options, either on the same markets or on different markets. Options are similar to futures, in that they are often based upon the same underlying instruments, and have similar contract specifications, but options are traded quite differently. Options are available on futures markets, on stock indexes, and on individual stocks, and can be traded on their own using various strategies, or they can be combined with futures contracts or stocks and used as a form of trade insurance. With options markets, as with futures markets, long and short refer to the buying and selling of one or more contracts, but unlike futures markets, they do not refer to the direction of the trade. Option strategies were developed to control risk, and carry less risk than owning stocks outright.

What is an option? Options are flexible investment instruments. Essentially, an option is a contract that gives you the right, but not the obligations to buy or sell shares of an underlying stock. Buying a stock option contract does not obligate you to purchase or sell actual shares of the underlying stock; it signifies that you have the right, or option, to buy or sell. Why trade options? Options are one of the most versatile trading instruments and can be extremely rewarding. Options offer tremendous leverage, are surprisingly inexpensive and when used properly, can reduce the overall risk of trades.

A thorough market analysis is useful for getting to know the potential demand for your product as well as the ability of your prospective customers to pay for the product. Diversification, even in trading, is very important for risk reduction. Since you aren't going to be correct in every trade you make, diversification is necessary and important as a means to risk reduction and capital preservation. Short-term investing is a term we use to describe a position trade which may last any where from several days to several weeks, or even as long as a month or more. Often times, those interested in day trading incorrectly assume that all trading must be completed on an intra day basis and/or that all trades must be closed out by the end of the day.

First and foremost, you should never invest using money you cannot honestly afford to lose should some catastrophic event happen in the markets. These funds should be largely similar to funds you would ear mark for Vegas or other forms of higher risk speculation. In the event you lost these funds in total, they should not have any dramatic impact on your life whatsoever. Generally speaking, these funds should represent no more than 10% to 20% of your overall liquid net worth.
