As most of our active members must have felt, we did improve the processing speed
of [COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]your [COLOR=blue ! important]cash[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] out requests. In our terms we state, withdrawals are done in less then 24 hours.

However, we do currently process your cashout requests in average in less then 30 minutes.
That is due to the fact that our fraud detection tool seekBad has been fine tuned over the last couple of days.

Thus, we do spend less time and human resources to detect fraudulent account activities , since it is done automated.


For all of you who don't know:
iMoneyReserve is fully staffed even on weekend days.
Our customer care management has an average reaction time
to your email / support ticket requests of 2 hours.


We do process your cash out requests after filtering

through seekBad in just a couple of minutes..

Please realize, that we continue to do that speedy withdrawal processing as a courtesy to all of you.
However, it is simply impossible to always keep up with that industry leading cash out speed.
That is especially meant for those member accounts with suspicious activities, which are being admin - reviewed in general.
That can take up to 24 hours, which is still inside our stated 24 hours time frame.
We do have daily around 10-30 suspicious member account activities, with growing trend.
When seekBad detects a member who opened / operates more than 1 member account, all related accounts are being suspend,
I remind you on our zero tolerance policy.


I do appreciate when you all login daily and withdraw your [COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]profits[/COLOR][/COLOR]. A few of you are doing great in referral commission earning.
Please be so kind and help us keeping the workload as low as possible , by *not* requesting every single small amount separately.
I recommend, you try to withdraw not more than 2 times / day - any amount you want - there are no limits on amounts - you can withdraw as much
you want - after all it's your [COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important]money[/COLOR][/COLOR].
But it makes a huge difference for my team, if 1,300 members (and growing) download each one 5 times/day or only 2 times/day.
I am sure you get the picture smile.gif

However, when you are new to us or you feel you really need to cash out up to the maximum allowed 5 times a day, you are free to do it.
Our processing time might increase in that case.
