Dear xxxxxxxx,
beginning from today, 26-Nov-2009 I have changed the max. possible number of daily withdrawal requests to 1 request / calender day.
Please note, that this does not limit the amount you are able to request. That limits only the max. possible number of daily requests, to lower our current workload due to
our exceptional status.
That step will allow us, to go through all pending withdrawal requests until Sunday, 29-Nov-2009 1pm, and proccess them until that time.
A few of you might have found your payouts shown as completed in your members area, but haven't seen the amounts in your LR accounts.
Thats happened due to a human mistake and will also be fully corrected until Sunday, 29-Nov-2009 1pm.

I still have not received my pending payments from the 23rd and 25th. I am really hoping Cassie and team can get caught up by Sunday.

Hey Vera250, what date were your cashout requests for? Seems strange that some are getting paid repeatedly and many of us are still waiting.

This is how we are going to process all pending withdrawal requests for each single member.
1. We are currently writing code to reduce the workload of processing multiple withdrawals / member
2. For each member with multiple active requests in queue, we are going to transform all these requests to only
1 single cash out request, which contains the sum of the total requested amount/member
Example:
---------------
A member with these following active cash out requests:
23884 Nov 28th, 09 - $80.00 0.00 Pending
23435 Nov 27th, 09 - $24.00 0.00 Pending
22554 Nov 26th, 09 - $96.00 0.00 Pending
would have them transformed into only 1 active request:
23884 Nov 28th, 09 - $80.00 0.00 transformed to X23884
23435 Nov 27th, 09 - $24.00 0.00 transformed to X23884
22554 Nov 26th, 09 - $96.00 0.00 transformed to X23884
X23884 Nov 29th, 09 - $200.00 0.00 Pending --> only this one would be processed
3. Each member will in turn receive only 1 payment, containing the total amount of all requests, to his/her LR account.
4. We do not delete any existing records in your back office. Thus, after the cash out will have been made, you can easily
check if all is fine ( and it will be fine )
5. Beginning from Sunday, 29-Nov, 5pm
you will be able to operate through our new payment processor module, which means,
you can , but you don't need to, activate our new payment processor / e-currency.
Using our payment processor and e-currency is the recommended way when you want to avoid
- receiving fees for money you requested a cash out for
(when we send money to your internal payment processor / e-currency account, you don't pay receiving fee's)
- the use of an exchanger (out exchange) to have your funds transfered to your bank account / WU / Debit Card ( beginning from January 2010 )
(because we do that service for zero ($0.00) fee rate
- the use of an exchanger (in exchange) to have you real money transfered into your new payment processor / e-currency account by bank wire / WU / Debit Card ( beginning from January 2010 )
(because we do that service for zero ($0.00) fee rate
Additional we are going to offer all IMR members with an active member account,
to exchange their LR (USD and EUR) into our new e-currency for zero ($0.00) fee
The new e-currency will be available in USD and EUR.
Selling your e-currency to us and having it transfered by wire / WU / debit card to you, is limited to 1 transaction / businessday.
We have set no limits to the amounts you want to sell/buy.
