Luke Borg was supposed to, by his own offer, post on this board sometime within the last three weeks to update everybody; the three weeks are up and another contact with him has been submitted. The game goes on with this guy, but we'll see what comes out of this latest contact attempt.

At the request of a member, I have mailed Luke about peoples anxiety here and have received his reply.

I am reluctant to post as I am simply conveying information, and I do understand the reason for the payment delay.

Firstly, take a step back and have a look at what HE was, and the fact that it was openly a ponzi which like all others was ultimately doomed to fail.

This was made clear to all members when we risked our 'investment', and I use the term loosely, and members were warned that it would ultimately fail.

The only difference here is that unlike most other HYIP's, Luke, the admin was known to many people.

Please don't think that I am defending anyone here as we all walked into this with our eyes open hoping to make easy money, none of us were forced to participate and spend money.

All I can say is that there is a refund plan in place and Luke has every intention to honour his promise. Yes, it has been a long time coming and yes, Luke did say he would post here and hasn't. I can only speculate as to why he doesn't want to post here but Luke has asked me to make a post on his behalf.

None of the above regarding HYIPs and HE is from Luke. It is from me and is just my personal view of such programs and my final word on this matter is that I believe that it will be worth waiting a little longer.

When the payout comes, as far as I am aware, it will be the first time that any money has been recovered from a HYIP. Maybe it will set a trend?

This again is all I have, so please accept it in the good faith that it is intended.

Very well stated, investor, and fair enough; and I think you are correct as it gets on, if it happens, it being the first time any money has been recovered from a hyip.

Sometimes, putting in whatever amount with someone you felt comfortable and confident, is an easy way out to expect a greater return. Based on that trust and assurance, like ole' pals show and winked at one another, letting the other "take care" of the trusted sum is done in good honest faith, the goals leading to the objective becomes secondary...but it lingers still, in the subconscience!

It is also easier said, claim and/or to demand sometime later when things turn for the uncertain, one also forgets that trust one had with that wink, that "gentleman's agreement" from good ties that needs no extra faith....

I still feel, it is equally daunting and extremely depressing both for those in patient waiting as for Luke himself to be faced with this pressure he goes through....

For my part, and he knows me on that count, I'd rather see him secure whatever he can and as much as he could, first and foremost so his conscience is cleared from the growing doubts and indifferent attitudes built up since the HE Plan came to a standstill and funds frozed.

Luke, if you get to read this, you can count on mine as secured to the last payout if you can hold onto so others can get theirs first...it's OK with me brudder!!!

yogi...investor...thelma...agreed, in part with what all of you have to say..my issues...and I suspect-many others as well...is in the lack of simple common courtesy...of communication...a lot of us-still-have concerns regarding data base errors...which may or may not be resolved (now over 2 months-no word regarding) which with just a moments time...would not be an issue-a simple email...letting folks know-it's either fixed-or not fixed...we have after all...been told a person was/is hired to handle such things...as early as june 06...we were told that funding was imminent...again in august regarding sept...then thanksgiving...then christmas...it is now march...folks...he1 "failed"...not as all hyip games do...we all know how that works...and all accept it...it failed due to a mistake made regarding allowing from within the program investing without cycling out through e-gold...and we were told this was not happening-so the numbers we all used to determine if we wished to invest yet again were not accurate...thus-we used faulty data to determine our choice...he2 failed due to hacking...again...not a demise as "all ponzi's are sure to go"...but again...an error...a recovery was made...and instead of members being allowed to choose if they wished a portion of thier money returned-allowing for some of it being used for lawyer...etc...we were not-this single circumstance...was in no way shape or form..."correct"...a choice was made for us...by one who we entrusted our money to to play a game...not have it funneled off into who knows what...by one with a track record of mistakes...on this point...a series of events have obviously transpired reflecting this "not right" choice...there have been other "signals" that have pointed themselves out as well...the exclusion of marek from e-mails for personal reasons-nanni's exclusion from another forum for her association here...these to my eye anyway...paint a picture of LACK OF INTEGRETY...if thier were personal issues...thier money should not have been accepted in the first place..I can accept the loss-don't like it-but can accept it...that hasn't been a problem...but to be treated in a undeserved disrespectful fashion...I can and never will accept...from anyone... to hear-yet again...folks attempt to excuse ...a person's actions...who has created a circumstace by neglecting simple common courtesy again and again...is ...distast-ful...these folks here(self included)...whom have expressed impaitence...have every right to be so...and yes...we were playing a game...the operator of the game...failed us...not the other way around...it's hard to sypathise...with one whom by lacking simple common courtesy...again and again and again...now has a bunch of pissed off folks to deal with...we were all involved in another program....we were all treated in similar fashion by the founder of that program-including mr Borg...and here we be...treated in same fashion by one whom I suspect-didn't like recieving it prior either...that My Friends...is really messed up...

Personally, I just want a little communication... let me rephrase that -- a little HONEST communication... Don't think it's too much to ask, after all this time; just tell us with complete integrity what has happened for the past 9+ months, and what the status of funds is currently! Enough, already...

I am sticking this tread as members look for this thread nearly each day.
