what bank issues this card . Can i know the BIN on this mastercard?

I have debit card from https://worldcore.eu/Prepaid-debit-card. It gives me opportunity daily ATM withdrawal limit of 4,000 Euros and it only charges 2.5 Euros for per 4000 Euros.
