Absolutely appalled - Had to pay extra for 2-day shipping and yet my order arrived in pieces over 2 weeks and still not all of it arrived. Costco does not notify you if there is a problem with your order or if your item is out of stock. You need to check the order continuously to find out if something went wrong. Customer support on live chat was also terrible. Ive gone through 5-6 agents on 4 separate chats. Cecia F was the worst. Left me waiting and got nothing done. Completely different experience from in-store shopping. I'm totally disappointed.

Howdy there! I have been buying Costco bacon for years. Lately, when I get it home and open the packages the pieces are cut so thin they don't even stay together. Today I made some and there were 2 ozs of fat that weren't even attached but on the side of the bacon. I hate to pay higher prices but I want whole pieces, not parts. Check costco customer service number for help and details.
