    I’ve always had great Customer Service from Comcast PEOPLE!
    Unfortunately, the IVR is Aweful.
    Multiple phone calls -taking to a computer that hangs up on you.
    The Xfinity App-Same problem. Chat with a robot that can’t help you.
    Too many phone calls. WAY too much frustration.

    Chatting with a robot that's about as helpful as a chocolate teapot can be beyond aggravating. It's like you're pouring your heart out to a machine that's just spitting out canned responses.
    I've lost count of the number of times I've had to make phone calls to Comcast, only to end up more frustrated than when I started. It's a vicious cycle of pressing buttons and waiting on hold, all for a resolution that never seems to come.
    But hey, on the bright side, I recently stumbled upon this website at https://www.mightycall.com/ . It seems to offer some interesting insights into improving customer service experiences.
