Thread: Fan of the products, not the provider

I'm a huge fan of supporting black, woman owned companies. It was one of the main reasons I ordered from here originally, and I must say, their products are amazing- my Beauty Bakerie facial spray is the best and I will use it for forever and their Lip Whips have incredible staying power. However, their customer service is seriously awful.

Hello! I use lipstick very often and I have quite a selection of different brands, but my favorite lipstick for several years has been Beauty Bakerie liquid lipstick. I found out about this company when I read the reviews here https://www.pissedconsumer.com/beauty-bakerie/RT-F.html and did not believe that there could be such high-quality lipsticks, so I placed an order. I now have the shade "mon cheri" and it's a real cherry red that I think suits me very well.
