Temporary Suspension of Orders for International Members Londongoldexchange.

Due to the surprise closure of our main trading bank account in Hong Kong, we have to temporarily stop our service for International (non UK) members. This was unexpected and unplanned and it means we need to set up a new account with another bank and this could take a few weeks.

Existing orders are not affected, but do not send funds to the Hang Seng Bank in Hong Kong if you have not already done so. We will keep you posted on when our International service will return.

The UK service is NOT affected (apart from delays caused by bank wires sent from our International bank ,being frozen for some wholesale stock orders, but this will be rectified shortly). Our UK service will continue to accept Orders as all funds go to our UK banks.
