    Default Is ecurrency exchange allowed in some countries?

    Is ecurrency exchange allowed in some countries?

    In USA, I heard that it's not allowed, in estonia too. Anyone knows about these issues

    I dont see any exchanger operate in the USA

    it's about anti laudering money law, and money transmitting law, license etc..
