For those that have received their DC, please be informed that the DC has not been activated by us. This is to one of the security steps that we have taken to ensure that the DC was received by the right applicants.

To activate your card, please send an email to

and include your picpay username and include your card number. Please put "ACTIVATE MY CARD" in the subject of the email.

For LB card holders, you are still required to have at least $30 in your account for the registration to go through. The $30 will be refunded.

Hi Everyone,

I applied for the debit card (more than anything to test it). Here is the process:

* Go to Picpay, log in and hit "debit card"application

* Fill out application on line

* Fax a notarized copy of your drivers's license and notarized copy of electric bill (or similar), be sure to write on all documents to which picpay username you want your debit card tied to and that the address and name on both are the same. It took about 7 trys to get the fax machine to pick up on Picpay end, keep trying . Be sure to use the country code of "011" before the number Picpay gives you to fax in your documents.

* Wait for our application to be approved (mine took about 9 working days), you can check in your PICPAY account under "check status of application". You will also get an e-mail of confirmation.

* 2 days after approval, I received an e-mail and tracking number. Package with instructions and card arrived in 2 days after tracking number.

* Followed instruction all the way to the end to activate card and change my pin to find out that the card had already been activated. I called the card company, they said to skip that part, but to still change the pin. So, just to let you know (because it costs an additional fee) to call customer service. You will find lots of fees, so be careful.

* Activate your speedy wallet account, following their instructions. This will be done on-line also.

* Log into your Pips account, move your available funds to PICPAY, go to withdrawal, then withdrawal by credit card. Your PICPAY account will show "pending" until the funds are moved by Picpay to speedywallet. Once in speedy wallet, you may use your funds at any ATM that shows "star" or "pulse" on the logo. Remember though, your card does not show your name....so you can only use it where you can manually enter your pin.

* Lots of fees, activation fee, Picpay fee, monthly fee, customer service fee, point of sale fee, atm fee, your bank fee. Also, there is a daily limit (I think it's $2500.00. OH WELL). Be careful.

Anyway, thought you might like to know how the process went. Sometimes a little confusing, so if you need to PM me, that's fine.

In order to complete your Picpay Debit Card request, follow the instructions below:

If you do not have a Picpay account, go to www.picpay.com and select guest. Then select Member Signup and follow the directions. It is free to join Picpay. Be sure to write down the PIN popup that comes up when you log into your account. This will change each time you log into your PicPay account and is an added level of security to protect your funds.

Log into your Picpay account and select Transaction then Debit Card.
Read through and understand the explanation about the Picpay Debit Card then scroll down and click on New Card Application.

Fill in the web form with your personal information (this is a secure site). Be sure to include all information that is asked for including Mothers Maiden Name, ID Number (Passport or Drivers License Number) and SIN (US citizens social security number).

If you previously purchased a Loyal Bank Debit Card from PureInvestor, enter this information at the bottom of the page. If you don't have one, leave it blank.

Scroll to the bottom of the form. There you will see the following text:
By clicking on the Submit button, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. and click on the link labeled Terms and Conditions to review the Debit Card Agreement.


After you have submitted the Debit Card Application, you need to get a copy of a photo ID of yourself that shows the residence address the same as the address you just submitted on your Debit Card Application.
This can be any one of the following:

Passport
Drivers License

If neither of the above show your mailing address you can submit one of the above AND a photocopy of a utility bill showing your name and address printed on it (like a water bill, electric bill, ect.)

Once you have the information completed, fax the package to Picpay at +606 850 0827 (US and Canadian members 011 606 850 0827) and be sure to include:

Print and sign all documents
- Sign all pages and be sure your Picpay Username and date
are on ALL pages.

Copy of Passport or Drivers License (utility bill if address is not visible on either passport or drivers license) Be sure to have your Picpay username, date and name on these copies also.

Make sure you get a confirmation page from your fax to verify you have submitted the required information. Save it with your member agreement to refer to in the future.

Once you get your items faxed to Picpay, you will be able to check back on your Picpay account and see the progress of your Debit Card Application. Simply log into your account and go to Transaction then Debit Card. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Check Application Status. Here you should see your new debit card number and the status of your card. Initially it will show up as "processing" until the Picpay team gets all the paperwork in order. When the status is changed from Processing, you should receive an e-mail indicating the status change.

I hope this helps clarify the process to get your debit card application into Picpay and processed smoothly. If you have questions about the Picpay Debit Card, feel free to write me back as I am trying to ease some of the load from the girls at Picpay. If I can help you out, I will do that. It will make all the processing much easier.

Get ready these documents for FAXing

REMEBER to Write your PICPAY ID on ALL Pages
- Write your Name and EMAIL address on ALL PAGES
- Write the DATE and SIGN on ALL PAGES
(for PicPay staff - easier to process)

Next,
- Open PicPay account if u do not have one.
- Fund your PicPay account with more than $30.
Because PicPay charges (for CC 7%) from the amount keyed in.
Example:
I funded using my CC.
Put $50 into PicPay.
After charges, only $46.50 inside PicPay.

You need to have $30 in PicPay - for Debit Card and FedEx fees.

To Apply for Debit Card
Goto PicPay
Goto the menu on your left,
Goto TRANSACTION
Select Debit Card.
Read conditions and fees
Scroll to bottom and APPLY for Debit Card.

Debit Card Form
Fill in everything.
State/Province put singapore or your area,
Me? I put Punggol Very Happy
For ID - Put your Singapore IC num
(exact as the one you registered)
For SIN - Put N/A (not applicable for those who do not have it)

For Western Union
If u need western union services - check it Else uncheck.
In Singapore - usually no need.

For LB card details (Loyal Bank - LB)
only for LB card holders.
Else leave blank.

Click Submit.
Get Processing Screen.
Now PicPay have to verify your FAX documents.

o Press 1 for English ? Press 2 for Spanish

 When instructed - enter the Account Access Code (last four digits of card

number). Press the pound (#) key after you have entered the four digit Access

Code Number.
 The System will now ask you to activate your card. Press 2 for Card Activation.

You will need the expiration date on your card for this process (example 02/09).

Press 1 to enter your expiration date as one four-digit number followed by the

pound (#) key (ex. 0209#).
o Press 7 to obtain you PIN number. Your PIN number is initially set to the last

four digits of your card number. CHANGE YOUR PIN NUMBER NOW AND WRITE IT DOWN!

Your PIN number is the number that you use to access your funds at the ATM. If

you change your PIN, it does NOT change your Access Code. If you change your

access code, it does NOT change your PIN. The Access Code is only required to

access your account information on this customer service number.
o Your Card is activated and can be used at any ATM bearing the Star or Plus
Logo or any PIN-Based POS (Point of Sale or store) when you use your PIN NUMBER

to make a purchase.



YOU MUST CREATE A SpeedyWallet ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO FUND & ACCESS YOUR CARD

PROPERLY! If you already have a previous card from PicPay with a card number

starting with 5045, read the ?Create A SpeedyWallet for Previous Cardholders?.


? Go to www.speedywallet.com
? Click on NEW USERS START HERE
? In the field that say Card Number, enter your 16-digit card number and click

the Continue button.
? When you are asked for your Access Code, enter the last four (4) digits of your

card number. (If you changed your Access Code on the automated phone system, then

enter the 4-digit number you changed it to).
? On the next screen, answer one of the validation questions supplied by the pull

down menu. Answers are case sensitive. If your answer is a number, DO NOT include

any hyphens, dashes or spaces.
? Now you are ready to create your Login. Enter your email address. Enter a

password (must be at least 6 characters long and include at least one symbol. For

example, loneranger$ or super*star)
? Create and enter two Security Questions and include your answers for them.

Answers are Case Sensitive.
? The system will then take you back to the Login page. Enter your email address

for the Login ID and then the password that you created. You should now be logged

in to your account. NOW, your PicPay card is capable of having funds loaded on it

by using one of the methods included in the Loading Instructions document that

came with the card or is posted on the Cardholder Services Site,

www.epaycardservices.com.

CREATE A SPEEDYWALLET ACCOUNT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREVIOUS PICPAY CARDHOLDERS

(Instructions ONLY for those cardholders who were previously issued a PicPay card

with the card number starting with 5045)

? You will need to create a new SpeedyWallet account for your new PicPay card.
? Your new account will need to have a different email address than your old

account.
? Before you create your new account, you will need to change the email address

in your old account. Log in to the account in www.speedywallet.com and then click

on Profile at the left side of the screen. Then click on Update Profile near the

top of the page. Change the Email Address field to have a different email address

than what is in there now. Make sure that you change the account to an email

address you have full access to.
? Minimize the window and open up the email account for this email address. Look

for an email from SpeedyWallet and open it. Click on the link in this email to

confirm the change to your old account.
? Now you should close the window that had your old SpeedyWallet account.

Now, go to the Create a SpeedyWallet Account Section of the PicPay Card

Activation Instructions. Follow the instructions in that section all of the way

through. When you are finished creating your NEW SpeedyWallet Account, please

review below the options you have available to obtain the funds from your OLD

card.


Obtaining the Funds from your Old Card

There are 3 ways you can obtain funds from your old PicPay card:

1. Draw it off at an ATM machine using your PIN number.

2. Transfer it to a US or Canadian bank account that you have.
1. Log in to the SpeedyWallet account of your old card.
2. On the left hand side, under Account Tools, click Remove Funds.
3. Under "NEW Financial Institution Account", select one of the options depending

on what kind of bank account you have.
The options are
? US Dollar Bank Account in the USA *
? US Dollar Bank Account in Canada *
? Canadian Dollar Bank Account in Canada **
Click Continue.
4. Enter the Bank Account Type (savings or checking), the ABA Routing Number, and

the Account Number. Click Continue.
5. Enter the amount you want to transfer. Click Continue. Confirm the details and

click Confirm.

3. Transfer it to your New PicPay Card (the new card with the card number

beginning with 5870?).
This is the exact same process as Option 2 above but you must put in certain

information for the account:
Account-type: CHECKING
Routing #: 121143655
Account #: The full 16-digit card number for your NEW CARD (beginning with

5870?).


* This option takes 3-5 business days for the money to arrive at its destination.
** This option takes 2-3 business days for the money to arrive at its

destination.

- Always Use Card's Number

When Activating Debit Card
If You Cannot Activate - Or Have Trouble
with Question about Telephone Number or SSN

Telephone Number for Speedywallet is 10 digits
So for Singapore...
If your telephone is - 96345678
The Speedywallet Question for TELEPHONE is:
0096345678
If You gave as 6596345678 - 10 Digits then ok.
Else they will AUTO insert 2 more digits

For Overseas PiPsters
I read that only the LAST 10 digits was used.
Example - Your TELEPHONE NUMBER
606 123456789
Key in only:
6123456789

If You gave your SIN/SSN as "N/A"
The Question asking for SSN - Answer is also N/A
Try other variations if you cannot get N/A
example: na n/a NA...etc

Now I have to Call Overseas to activate Debit Card.
So I bot Phone Card $9 - 190mins Very Happy

Note:
Debit Card is ALREADY Activated.

But you NEED to call to get and
CHANGE Your Card's ATM PIN Number.

How to Call:
I use a PrePaid Calling Card, dial Calling Card Number
and Use this Number:

Country Code + Debit Card Activation Tel Num
1 503 496 0752

Since I was there, I also changed Access Code Number Razz
and tried nearly all the keys and menus available.
With pre-paid card... so easy Very Happy
Got leftover $$ to call PI if i need to... *heh heh*

Now I can LOAD my Debit Card...
Might be Faster than WT... Razz
