Let me get this straight:
The debit card has been dead since April and no-one can get anything concrete out of Bryan et al to explain what's being done.
Withdrawals are perhaps not dead but take so long they may as well be.
So, in the light of this... how do I get money out of my account TODAY? What are my options?
Does anyone not think this is all a little CRAZY that it's so hard to get to the money, and equally as hard to get any answers from the company?
Can you imagine dealing with a normal investment house like this?
Ok... so we make accommodations for the fact that Byran's thing is left-of-centre, etc... but FAIR GO!
Everything I see is that it's a BIG MESS and that they're entirely uncommunicative. The website/s look awful and don't explain anything... and if you want to work out how to do something you have to spend hours digesting forum posts... hello?! That's not right!!!
All I want to do is eventually get my principal back out, so my risk is back to $0 and then I'm happy I guess...
How do I do that?!?!?! :?

Hi alicam,
VAT will be the only and definite solution for all these questions.
Practically at this moment, it's impossible to get your funds immediately out of PP because,
1. spend/transfer option temporarily disabled - You can't exchange PP for other e-currencies.
2. Backlog for 6+ months on withdrawals.
3. New DC applications - temporarily disabled.
So we are all waiting for the great news about VAT.
... a perfect way to get your ROL out of PP:
1. Use your ROL to purchase new pxpx accounts for friends and family members if they are interested.
2. Collect the equivalent amount from those people.
Really, this is the alternative way to get the funds fast in your hands, and it is the best way to help other people to overcome their financial problems.
Regards,
John.

I would like to get my initial investment back, however I would not take money off friends and family for a pips investment.
At the moment I am trying to be optimistic, but have not seen much to encourage me that I am likely see my money back, I hope I'm wrong, any support requests are replied to indignantly as if I should'nt be asking! (funny way to run customer support) and the only information I can get is from forums, So as I said I WOULD NOT RISK other peoples money on this, just to bail myself out, that's just my opinion.
If anything positive happens regarding one of my withdrawals however I will be the first to post positive news on the forums.
PS please don't blast me for expressing my opinion, thanks.
Regards
Gareth

I agree too . Will not introduce others to Pips at this stage .
But I am still optimistic about Pips delivering at this moment .
However , ask me in 1 month and I will have turned if no progress has been made and We are not getting any feedback and updates from Pips .
PS. This is the first vaguely negative post I have made re Pips . Hope my next one is cheerier .
