Thread: Hello

Hello Everyone,

I have been feeling very lonely these last couple of weeks, thank goodness I have found you all by chance. The updates on the pips site have been very sparce to date and its nice to find some info at last.

I too have a problem, cannot login to the members section to access my account and see how my units are growing. When the old site was up and running I was able to log in automatically- username and password not found and I do not know my pin number- from what I have read from this forum the only answer is to phone them, I have tried faxing and e-mailing, no answer and i have tried accessing the ticketing system but it would appear that it wont accept the username and password.

Can someone out there on planet earth or beyond confirm that this is the best option.

First time you go in you have to put in 0000 as your pin number. It will then generate and give you a pin number for the next time you go in. Use this in conjunction with your username and password and it should work.

Thankyou very much for your advice and it worked first time just put in my username and password and inserted 0000 and it asked me for a secret answer and heypresto both my accounts were accessed.

Brilliant and all is well again. Hopefully speedy wallet will be up and running in a short period of time and and I can withdraw some money.

Excellent, pleased to hear it. Bet Essex is as cold and miserable as Surrey is today! Our lovely British summer has come and gone again. :shock:
