Thread: username for picpay

I am trying to withdrawl money from pips to picpay and there is a username already set in the withdrawl section which I can not change. Any suggestions.

Call the pips support at:

+6068500473
+6068500462

they are the onlyonce that can do this.

Had the same problem. I could not get through by phone, lines were always busy. So I faxed them, asking if they could reset the picpay username. Within a week I received an e-mail with the message that the problem was solved. That was quick! :D

hei i new to all this forum thing.. just got the adress to this forum. Just woundring. is the pips and picpay website up? and is there any hope of geting our money.

Just though I would ask sence Sept has anybody made any withdraws or if you was sign up for withdraws before Sept have you got your withdraws ever month sence then. Just asking and waiting Thank you much.
