Good Idea Sugar but
To change passwords you have to get into your Pips site inside as that is the only way I know to change passwords. Somewhere in here there was disscussion that there was a glitch with getting in with the pins in the beginning and what came up was that there was a user name or password problem but it seemed that it was the pin in actual fact. You will have to do what I will have to do and ring if I can only find the correct numbers.

Login failed. Username/password not found.
OK, it has been over a month for me now and I still get the same message: "Login failed. Username/password not found"
I have spent over 9 hours on the phone trying to get through but have either received busy or no continuous ringing. I am calling during the supposed business hours.
I have sent emails to all the customer service people and have not received any responses.
I have sent in 5 "VERY HIGH" tickets to which I have received one message saying to call in.
Is there ANYONE who can help me. I have been a member for a year and am not feeling good about this. I was able to keep my chin high for the last year, but it is dropping as I type this message. Something is not ringing true in my ears. If anyone can convince me otherwise I would LOVE to hear it!

Hi Stanley
hang in there, im in the same boat
Ive been a member since 2003 and this happened when the old website first started
eventually everyone got back in
you just have to try and try again as I am doing
Have you tried faxing them, you get a free fax to try it out with this company
http://www.fax1.com/
fax number +6068503391 (you might have to leave out the +)
put in your id and member name
ask pips to email a new pin to you
dont worry your account will still be there and growing
my fax was delivered just waiting for a reply, hopefully at the beginning of next week
good luck
