Hello!
I have a question: Last week I transferred some money to picpay and applied for a bank wire. I filled in the form and now it is pending, so no problem. But when I filled in the form (with details such as bank address and bankaccount number) I wasn't asked to fill in any IBAN-number of BIC (swift)code.
Doesn't Picpay need this information to transfer the money?
If yes, how do you guys do this?
Thanks! Tomcat

Put it in the additional info boxes at the bottom. You have to squeeze it in though as there's not much space.
Send a support ticket in with the info.

Tomcat,
Sure you want to put in a withdrawal now with the 7 month backlogs?   Why not give it a couple of weeks and see what's in store.

Thanks for the info! Adster, I figured: just make a withdrawal now and wait for my turn! Do you think it's wise to wait a few more weeks? Oh well, it's already done, let's hope the best!

tomcat,
I had a cheque from middle of May which I cancelled. Only took a few minutes to put through a ticket to cancel it which they did in 2 hours!! The money went back into my Pi**ay account. At least this way if and when VAT comes through I can try and push it through asap. :D
I did read a post from someone who appears very knowledgeable on TG, p**sforeal who seems to think that all withdrawals will be cancelled anyway and we will have to reapply for the funds through our new VAT account.
Personally, I prefer to have a few pennies in P**pay ready to withdraw when we can. 8) 8) 8)
