Because in China, there is only name and no exactly address on utility bill(such as bank statement, electric or gas utility bill e.t.c.)
Also, great mobility of the population, home address based on Identity address, and current address is difficult to provide.

I will contact AP, as I know WMZ will set an verification center in China. I think most of the chinese customes will choose WMZ soon

i know if Chinese have lots of potential customer, so many business looking to open branch at Chinese :)
