Thread: Over trading is very harmful.

Over trading is one of the major reason of having loss in Forex trading. We should avoid over trading.
Some trader start over trading when they make two more consecutive win to make more profit but the matter of regret is that most of them loss all the profit with balance because of this over trading.
Again some trader over trade on anger when they face consecutive losses.
According to me if you win three trade consecutively stop trading and be happy with profit and if you face three consecutive loss stop trading immediately and go for refreshment.

Over trading is not good for trader, because it will influence our psychology and our health. I will stop to trade in forex if i already get my target, but sometimes i also will stop my trading when my emotion is uncontrolled because i do not want to lose my money because my emotion.
We must be able to manage ourselves well, beside that manage time too. We must know when we should stop to trade.

Yeah I agree overtrading could be quite harmful and one major reason for this is that we do it in excitement and a lot of time, it is completely outside the common sense zone, so just for that it’s absolutely crucial that we don’t overtrade.
