yeah you are right if you over strain yourself its definable that you will face difficulty in maintaining your composure, so its necessary to take breaks regularly.

Forex trading is more on analysis and if you don't concentrate in analyzing past and present market data you will not be able to arrive to a better trading decisions. Trade wisely and smartly.

yes, I agree with you, concentration is needed in forex trading, with concentration then we will be able to trade with the maximum. because the movement of the market is always changing with uncertain so that the concentration we are able to minimize uncertainty

OF course, there are many things that we also must know and understand in forex. We must be concentrated in seeing market movement. We also can use Forex forexcast, forex news to help us make analysis.

Absolutely right concentration plays such a vital role and one cannot simply survive if he is weak on this aspect. I agree, we should do the rest when the concentration is on the decline as this could cause the error analysis which would make the market against us. I never felt this way and I do not want to repeat the same thing for the second time. now I try to concentrate trading in the Asian session. I get a profit in the forex business using scalping techniques. I opened and closed the trading no more than 2 minutes. I need the speed of execution and low spreads to gain maximum profit. I am now comfortable trading with this system in my broker
