Well, this is not the first time I experienced being not feeling well and yet I am still doing trades. It's really hard to get focused and concentrate on doing trades when you have colds and headache, but I just can't stop doing trades and face my computer with it. If you are in my case and are not feeling well, will you still trade?

It is always better to stay away from your system if you are not filling well. in that you will get time to treat your self well and stay more safe. I think health is wealth. If you keep on trading and you loose, you wont stay happy. It s just like when you are emotionally disturbed, you wont concentrate much. But how ever if you are position trader trading higher time, you may just set and forget.

If we're not feeling good, we should not be trading forex. Because we will find it hard to look at the market objectively, so that it can make us experience a loss. If we are not good juice, we should rest and not doing forex for quite some time.

I try to trade in a fresh mind and avoid trading when i am not in a good mode but still i am forced to trade because i am fully dependent for for my income for forex trading. It is better to avoid trading those time. I believe any work is not fruitful when it is not done by heart. so, try to trade in fresh mind and body that will maximize your profit.

To be honest trading is a business where we don’t need to be at fittest, as it’s all mental game, so if we are right in that department then it’s not a huge issue to continue even if we are sick. I don’t need to do trading too much given, I am a long term trader, and so mostly I trade 15-20 times a month, so mostly I don’t have much to do even if I am not feeling well. I work with OctaFX broker where I get swap free account, so that too is another reason for selection of long term trading since I am not required to pay any overnight charges and can easily continue with the trade.
