(DVN) - buy
Look for more follow through from Friday as the energy stocks shrugged off the Unemployment Data and DVN got a late day upgrade by FBR Capital Markets.

(KIM) - short
Look for profit taking after the bad news came out on Friday and the stock jumped. Co cut its dividend 86% to 6 cents a share and they also reduced the top end of its projected range for 2009 funds from operations.

(NVO) - short
After the Food and Drug Administration advisory panel raised a red flag on Friday about NVO diabetes drug, rumor is the Company might scrub the drug.

Scheduled earnings out on Tuesday and suspected that potential buyers are more focused on necessity items which could affect earnings outcome.

(APOG) - short
Apogee Enterprises, revenues fell 17.1% year/year to $201.7 mln vs the $217.4 mln consensus. Co says, "We are entering fiscal 2010 with an unprecedented level of uncertainty, and, as a result, will not be providing earnings per share and detailed annual guidance.

Bank of the Ozarks announced net income a record $9,286,000, an increase of 19.6% from $7,765,000 for the first quarter of 2008. Diluted earnings for 1Q 2009 a record $0.55, compared to $0.46 for the 1Q of 2008, an increase of 19.6%.

(GS) - buy
Goldman Sachs beat expectations, reporting a profit of $1.66 billion for the first three months of 2009. They plan to raise $5 billion in stock to help pay back government bailout funds.They earned $3.39 per share, vs. analysts' forecasts of $1.64 per share.
