At least he got a call centre operator that spoke English!

No offence meant to anyone, but even though BT is a British company, all of their call centres are outsourced to foreign call centres and understanding the staff is a challenge sometimes.

Hahaa... Anyone dares and plan to call that irate buggar and let him know you're calling from Skype or better still, VOIPbuster and fear nothing from him busting ya from the other end?

The final comments at the end were the best. I think that one trying to make this call wanted his Supervisor to listen to try and somehow make sense of what happened? I don't think they'll call that customer again. OR ELSE???
